Hello, I'm Millie.

I'm an Alliance certified yoga teacher in Manchester. I found myself on the mat for the first time 6 years ago. Of course I came for the workout, but I ended up staying for the way it has transformed me in every way. Typical.

My authentic yoga lineage originates from the great Krishnamacharya, who is often referred to as "the father of modern yoga”. He taught Indra Devi, who is one incredible woman responsible for bringing yoga to the West, and Indra Devi taught my teacher - Nitya Devi - who is equally incredible and inspiring. With idols like that to aspire to you can see why I'm dreaming big.

I also study with international yoga teacher and transformation leader Dylan Ayaloo. In terms of inner work he's like a rich anti-ageing cream - I am more of a light moisturiser for younger skin, but if you really want to wake up and transform then check him out here.

I think that covers my yogic CV.

But it's not just my years of study that has made me want to help others flourish. Like a perfect storm, every experience in my life has been adding up to this. From losing my father at a young age, to my experiences with anxiety and depression in the years that followed, I have crammed a lot of life experience into my 26 years. And having survived that which I thought I couldn't, I now want to share what I have learned with you.

So here we have it. The Blueprint.

“A blueprint is a guide for making something — it's a design or pattern that can be followed”.

It’s a framework that I have created, a formula that my years of inner work, of studying philosophy, spirituality and of course yoga, have culminated to. It’s a blueprint for millennials to live life well. And I am ready to share it with my tribe.
