As a former gym bunny myself, it was the strong power classes that got me onto the mat. But practising with balance is so important, and when I discovered the restorative, Yin style practises I was blown away by how much I benefitted from them. I became stronger and more flexible in both body and mind, which deepened my yoga practise no end.

Because in true Indra Devi style we want to be doing yoga till were 100 right? That's why we need to have a holistic and sustainable approach to our practise. It's all about balance, and when we don't practise both injuries occur (trust me, I learnt the hard way).

Developed to be progressive each month with a specific focus, my online classes combine both Yin and Yang flows so you can practise yoga with depth and see the progress week on week.
